To apply for any of the properties posted on our site, please register as an Operator. As a registered operator, you can
- Create an online profile to submit to landowners
- See the high bids for public lease offerings
- Apply for any posted lease
- Sign up for our newsletter
The registration page asked for basic contact information along with information about your operation. As you fill out this information, please keep in mind that:
The nickname/screen name you choose will be used in public lease offerings to identify the high bidder. If you want to bid annonymously, make sure to choose a nickname/screen name that doesn't hint at your real name.
Your references are especially important, and we encourage your to submit our References Form (in Word or PDF) as a part of your registration. The information in this document will only be available to you, the owner of any property you apply for, and us.
There are no fees for registering as an operator. However, if you apply for a lease and are selected by the owner, we will charge you 3% of the first year's rent and 2% of each subsequent year's rent (or $6.00/acre and $4.00/acre for cropshare or alternative arrangements).
