Tenant to fertilize up to crop removal and supply fertilizer and chemical records by 8/15 of each year as well as harvest records by 12/1 of each year. Owner has rights to access the land after harvest of the lease cancellation year. No stalks or stuble removal without permission. Owner reserves the right to cancel all or part of the lease after 2011 crop year if CRP, WRP or any other conservation program is avialable that the owner decides to enroll the farm on.
